STATEC BINDER has developed, designed and assembled all bagging machines and palletizing systems in the ISO-9001 certified factory in Gleisdorf, Austria. STATEC BINDER’s machines consist of two product groups which are: the High – Performance – Bagging Systems for use in bagging materials such as plastic pellets, animal feeds, rice grains, plant seeds, sugar, fertilizer and the other group the High – Performance – Palletizing Systems which are all types of automated bag and carton pallet conveying systems that can work in conjunction with robots.

Whether plastic granulate, animal feed, rice, grain, sugar or fertilizers – the extensive product range offers customer-oriented solutions of the highest quality for all industries.
The PRINCIPAC, CERTOPAC, ACROPAC and CIRCUPAC open-mouth bagging systems are designed for polyethylene (PE), woven polypropylene (PP) and paper bags with a filling weight of 5 kg to 50 kg. The high-performance segment is rounded off by the SYSTEM-T FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machine for bag processing from tubular film and the SYSTEM-F vertical FFS machine for bag processing from flat film.

The palletizing of bags and boxes of all kinds is made possible by the fully automatic PRINCIPAL high-level palletizer as well as the high-performance PRINCIPAL-R robot palletizer and the PRINCIPAL-P portal palletizer.
As with the packaging systems, the palletizing systems are based on flexibility and quality.
